Mr. Gruber has over thirty five years of experience in real property residential, commercial and large tract transactons and their related litigation. He served as Zoning Board of Adjustment Attorney of various municipalities for seventeen years and Township Planning Board Attorney for two years. Other land use experience includes representing clients before courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court to litigate development, environmental and civil rights issues.
A businessman himself, Mr. Gruber drafts corporate and entity structuring documents in representation of clients in purchasing, selling and financing all sizes of business, including US SBA and NJ EDA transactions. He also has extensive experience in Municipal Law, Environmental Law, Landlord/Tenant disputes, Collections and Estate Planning.

Mr. Bilal has been an Associate of Gruber, Fee & Bilal since being admitted to the Bar in 1994. Specializing in Real Estate Law, Mr. Bilal handles a majority of the firm's Real Estate matters, paying fine attention to detail and keeping the client well informed through the entire process. In addition to real estate, Mr. Bilal represents clients in Family Law, Municipal Court, Tax Lien, Workers' Compensation, Estate Planning, Probate, Zoning and Planning, Insurance, Contract, General Civil Litigation and Small Claims matters.
Mr. Bilal has been recognized for his assistance in a complex probate case which had significant impact on the validity of Last Wills and Testaments throughout New Jersey.
